Every Friday at Lodge #2572, the fryers fire up every 15 minutes and the fish stays fresh all night long. At $16 for fried and $17 for baked, with a generous portion of cod and your choice of baked potato or fries, it has become the most talked-about weekly meal on the Outer Cape. Grab a picnic table outside or settle into the dining room, and you will understand why regulars keep coming back.

But the lodge is far more than a Friday tradition. Throughout the year, Orleans Eastham Elks hosts events that draw the whole community, from the beloved Outer Cape Music Festival to holiday gatherings, charitable fundraisers, and members-only socials. The bar staff here have earned their own reputation, with guests singling out the bartenders by name after a great night out.

Founded as part of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, Lodge #2572 has been a cornerstone of Cape Cod community life for decades. Members volunteer thousands of hours supporting veterans, local youth programs, and neighbors in need. The 10 McKoy Road address is easy to find and hard to leave.

What We Offer

The Friday Fish Fry is the headline act, running every Friday evening with fresh fish fried to order every 15 minutes. Choose fried or baked, pair it with a baked potato or fries, and take it to go or stay a while. The price point consistently surprises first-timers.

Beyond the fish fry, the lodge offers a full-service bar, banquet and event space for private gatherings, and a packed calendar of community events. The Outer Cape Music Festival draws crowds from across the Cape, and seasonal celebrations fill the schedule from spring through the holidays. Members enjoy access to all lodge amenities, reciprocal privileges at Elks lodges nationwide, and a network of neighbors who show up for each other.

Membership in the Elks also connects you to one of the largest fraternal organizations in the country, with scholarship programs, veterans assistance, and youth initiatives running year-round right here in Eastham, MA.

"The elks have a lot going on all year. Their fish fry on Fridays is reasonable at $16 fried or $17 baked..... Big portion of fish with a baked potato.....with baked...or fries..... They do have an open bar now....somewhat expensive at $6 for a can of beer......but......a nice option for eating there. Most meals appeared to be take outs."
